Maintenance
Service Agreements - specifically designed to address
your needs for the particular product technology that you are
using. These are typically annual agreements that renew automatically.
One preventive maintenance is included and scheduled on your request.
On-Site
Service – in lieu of an agreement, we respond to
service calls and bill on a time and materials basis. Typical
invoice involves service time, travel charge and parts charges
if parts are needed. Minimum charge is for one hour per machine.
Depot
Service – product is shipped to our office, or
brought to our office. Time is billed on an hourly basis plus
parts, plus cost to ship back.
We service
not only all of the products that we sell, but also a number of
